Make a Baby Talk
Posted by Babies - 18/01/09 at 11:01 pmBabies are the most precious possessions of any parent. They eagerly wait for their child to speak and communicate which gives parents utmost delight and ecstasy. The more respond to our child’s cry the more it becomes better in communicating with parents.
In order to make them talk we should,
Respond to babies cry: a small baby often cries, it the most usual behavior or every baby. So we should respond immediately to make it feel that we understand something by its cry and baby will feel comfortable.
Keep talking with them: we should keep talking with them and should keep making some conversations which they observe and learn the basic structure of talking.
Talk naturally: we should talk regularly with them and should listen to them this will make them learn language easily and quickly. Modeling language is the best tool to teach them.
Extend language and describe her thoughts: we should try to describe to what the baby is looking at and should make them feel that we are extending its thoughts.
Talk about our own actions: by saying what we are doing help them to grasp and sense the world.
Sing songs and tell stories: singing songs and story-telling with interactive actions will help the baby lot to grasp and mimic the actions and will try to perform it.
Read books: reading good poetic books and books with photos will make the baby graceful and grasp easily.
All these activities will develop good communications skills.
