Baby sign language is used all over to teach their infants. In several movies it has been employed but it had an impression that usage of baby sign language could be harmful but actually it has been proved that it is very helpful for a child to develop its verbal communication skills.
Several researchers have made a deep study for making fluent communication with babies. For parents who are physically ill like deaf and dumb could experience difficulty in understanding their babies need. So the baby sign language could help such impaired parents in communication. The baby sign language consists of American Sign Language so this will help the babies to develop their communication as they grow.
Several signs for expressing their hunger, sleep, help, dirt, discomfort, thank you are included in sign language. These will help them to communicate easily and more joyfully. The famous interpreter of American Sign Language Joseph Garcia has found that teaching the babies with this sign language from the age of 6 to 7 months will help them to develop their communication easily and quickly by the month of 8th or 9th month.
By training the babies with these sign languages will help these infants to save their energy by avoiding unnecessary screaming and crying. They will merrily express their needs and also the parents don’t need to panic when a baby cries continuously.
